The National Academy for Social Prescribing, the Social Prescribing Network and the University of Westminster are delighted to announce the 5th International Social Prescribing Conference, taking place in person in London on the 19th and 20th of June.
This year’s conference will focus on innovation in social prescribing. Featuring an inspiring range of speakers, the conference will offer a unique opportunity to share and discuss the latest advances and research in this field.

The 2024 Social Prescribing Awards hosted by the Social Prescribing Network and the National Academy for Social Prescribing recognise and celebrate the wealth of innovative social prescribing projects and schemes running throughout the UK and internationally.
