The National Academy for Social Prescribing and the Social Prescribing Network are delighted to announce the 5th International Social Prescribing Conference, taking place in person at The University of Westminster in London on the 19th and 20th of June.
Building on the success of our previous events, this year's conference will focus on innovation and innovative practices in social prescribing. Our objective is to spotlight pioneering approaches, both nationally and internationally, with a focus on impact and tackling health inequalities.
Featuring a diverse range of speakers from across the world, the conference will offer an unparalleled opportunity to share, learn, and discuss the latest advances and research in this dynamic field.
This conference is designed for healthcare professionals, researchers, policy makers, community leaders, commissioners, link workers and students - and anyone with an interest in social prescribing.
Keynote speakers will include Sir Michael Marmot (Professor of Epidemiology at University College London, Director of the UCL Institute of Health Equity and Past President of the World Medical Association).
Previous speakers at the International Social Prescribing Conference have included King Charles III (former Prince of Wales), UK Government Ministers and a wide range of academics, health experts and practitioners from across the world.
