The need for innovation within social prescribing has never been greater. The sector is experiencing increasing demand, limited resources, fragmentation across services and challenges in scaling successful interventions. Our Innovation offer is designed to address key challenges in the sector and promote connection, knowledge exchange, and cross-sector collaboration to accelerate the integration and effectiveness of social prescribing

Our Innovation Network is a platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing from across the social prescribing system, and particularly focussed on those delivering social prescribing. Members of the network have access to forums and resources, alongside a series of events. 

The Knowledge Gateway is our online learning platform, offering modules that provide you with a robust understanding of Social Prescribing from experts across the sector, along opportunities to connect with others and share your learning.
