Before, I never appreciated green spaces as much as I do now. I live two minutes away from a park, and I’ve been going to the park more now than I have pre-COVID. This physical side and getting out and about and meeting people, sharing your experiences, I think that’s really important. People don’t talk to each other enough, I feel, and that affects their wellbeing. It’s hard to explain. When you come out of a green space you feel very happy that you were there. It’s brilliant.
