What does becoming a Social Prescribing Champion involve?
Becoming a champion is now a primarily honorary role and is not intended to be onerous. Being part of the scheme will still bring plenty of benefits you, your colleagues and your patients.
In becoming a champion, you commit to a set of values. We also ask for five minutes of your time once per year to provide feedback. There will also be optional opportunities to join webinars, podcasts, case study development and social media opportunities
