Each month, NASP will bring together expert insight, lived experience, and real-life case studies alongside practical tools and shared learning to support the SPLW workforce. The series will support SPLWs and others to strengthen their confidence, skills, and impact, while offering space to reflect, ask questions and learn from peers.
This webinar series will support attendees to:

-
Explore practical approaches that can be applied in appointments, follow-ups and service delivery.
-
Understand the role of evidence, outcomes and data in demonstrating value and impact.
-
Hear from experts, practitioners and partners working across social prescribing.
-
Share learning and examples of best practice from across the social prescribing workforce.
-
Reflect on person-centred approaches and how they can be embedded in everyday practice.
-
Connect with peers and partners working across social prescribing.
Each session will explore key areas of social prescribing practice and have been designed based on feedback and priorities identified by the workforce, both through our annual SPLW survey, as well as through the guidance of our Link Worker Advisory Group. Each session explores clear areas of day-to-day practice, with learning outcomes designed around what is most useful for the workforce.
Example topics include working within wider multidisciplinary teams, asset-based approaches, supporting patients with complex needs, and effectively demonstrating impact. All topics will support SPLWs to feel more confident in their practice, role and remit and explore new possibilities.
These webinars are designed to be accessible and relevant to SPLWs working in a variety of health and community settings. While primarily aimed at SPLWs, they may also be useful for similar roles, as well as social prescribing team leaders or managers, VCFSE professionals, primary care colleagues, and others involved in social prescribing.
