Are you a Social Prescribing Link Worker?
NASP has launched our second national consultation with Social Prescribing Link Workers (SPLWs). We aim to bring together workforce experience from across England to help shape the future of social prescribing.
This anonymous survey is open to all SPLWs across England, whether you work within or outside the NHS.
Your insight will inform NASP’s work with partners and stakeholders to influence and inform policy and practice and drive meaningful progress across the sector.
The survey takes approximately half an hour to complete.
