James is here to help you navigate your local structures and systems but most importantly to listen, learn and shout loudly about Social Prescribing.

Daphne helps connect people to nature by supporting work to embed the natural environment as a mainstream community offer especially through green and blue social prescribing.

Gary Head

Physical Activity & Social Prescribing Advisor

Sport England

Gary helps to increase the understanding of social prescribing within the physical activity sector. To do this, he works across leisure, physical activity and health sectors as Sport England helps to ensure link workers have access to appropriate activities and resources that can support individuals to live healthier lives.

Connecting with your local Community Voluntary Service (CVS) or Local Infrastructure Organisation (LIO) can help to link you into what is happening in your local system.
