Hi I am Esther Watts, South East Regional lead. I’m working to support the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector to engage in social prescribing.

I run a learning programme called Learning Together – for more information scroll down. I also work with organisations delivering social prescribing in their local communities and the local voluntary and community sector organisations providing the activity which social prescribers need to refer to, as well as listening to the needs of link workers and strategic partners.

In addition I publish a monthly newsletter with information, opportunities to learn and fundraising information.  You can access previous copies by visiting the Crawley Community Action page: Thriving Communities South East Region (crawleycommunityaction.org) and/or sign up to this publication by emailing the team.

Learning Together

We all have something to offer, we all have something to learn.

Learning Together is a flexible programme of regional learning and development activities for voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise groups and organisations to help you to understand and engage with social prescribing.

Your Thriving Communities lead will help you to connect with other groups and organisations to stimulate new partnerships with local infrastructure organisations and other sectors from the arts, natural environment, financial wellbeing, physical activity and health and care organisations, including social prescribing link workers.

To register for Learning Together South East Programme and Network please complete this SurveyMonkey questionnaire.
