Following the success of the first round of the National Academy for Social Prescribing’s Learning Together programme, which saw nearly 400 individuals and organisations involved, we’re delighted to announce that the second cohort is now open for applications.
Learning Together is a flexible programme of regional learning and development activities for voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise groups and organisations supporting their communities’ needs through delivery of social prescribing activities.
The programme offers a tailored learning package that is delivered in a series of online workshops and virtual peer-to-peer learning sessions organised regionally, (known as action learning sets), as well as exclusive opportunities to network with others on Learning Together from your area.
Those participating will have the opportunity to build cross sector partnerships, connect and network, learn from each other’s challenges and successes, and strengthen their organisation to deliver social prescribing in the best possible way.
Those taking part in the first round found it to be a stimulating and engaging programme that enhanced their approach and capability, ultimately benefiting their local communities.
The programme is free – but applications close soon.
